A Lagos magistrate's court described Seun as a threat to society and ruled that he can't be released to on bail for now.
Confirming the development, Lagos State Police Command spokeswoman Dolapo Badmos said in a statement,
"He’s still in custody. The Command got the consent of the court for his continued detention so as to allow extensive investigation since he’s an habitual suspect."
Seun Egbegbe will appear in court on Feb 8 to answer charges for his alleged BDC defrauding case.
