Because he was arraigned only 2 months ago for stealing 9 iPhones at Computer Village, Ikeja, Yoruba movie actor Seun Egbegbe was denied bail after he was arrested yet again for defrauding a BDC operator N10m naira last week.

A Lagos magistrate's court described Seun as a threat to society and ruled that he can't be released to on bail for now.

Confirming the development, Lagos State Police Command spokeswoman Dolapo Badmos said in a statement,
"He’s still in custody.  The Command got the consent of the court for his continued detention so as to allow extensive investigation since he’s an habitual suspect."

Seun Egbegbe will appear in court on Feb 8 to answer charges for his alleged BDC defrauding case.
