Years ago, a family friend offered me something cooked frog when my parents and I visited their house. Of course, I rejected the "sweet" delicacy - as they described it. As I grew up, I came to find out that frogs are consumable foods in many parts of Nigeria as well.

Now, according to a new survey, families are currently falling back to frog meat for revival as the economic recession bites harder on people's salaries and earnings whereby the prices of fish and frozen food have skyrocketed.

Dearies, if offered, will you eat frog meat? If you've eaten frog meat before, kindly tell us about your experience.
